It’s the time of year you’ve all been waiting for – AVOCADO SEASON!
Apologies if I seem a little over enthused but holy moly guacamole, avocados are one of my all-time, favorite foods. As far as I’m concerned, there are very few foods that avocados don’t enhance – sandwiches, sushi, salsas, garnishes for meats and grains, salads, egg dishes, the list goes on and on.
And what would a healthy avocado-lover recipe index be without a killer guacamole?!?! This guac recipe, although simple, is the best I’ve been able to concoct. We can’t get enough! No fillers, no expensive “secret” ingredients, and nothing fancy. Pair it with your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes or scoop it with tortilla chips – it’s truly ALL good ;)
